SCILLS is the Shearwater Community Integrated Living and Learning Scheme.

It is a registered charity, set up in 2000 with National Lottery funding, offering a range of facilities for the local Shearwater Community within a purpose-built community centre building.

 And uniquely it not only offers people with learning disabilities the chance to take part in those activities, but also gives them the opportunity to help run the Centre.

SCILLS is available for hire by individuals and community groups.

Activities for people with learning disabilities include: drop-in sessions, swimming club, computer club, walking group, gardening club, volunteering.
